You may be looking for cure or resolution for some particular problem you have. While the therapies I use can certainly help a wide range of conditions, I believe that therapy and healing can enhance your state of being at any point in your life.

It is best to think of healing and therapy as a life-long journey that will help you to an optimum state of well-being.

The Three Layers of Therapy

There are three main ways that therapy can benefit you:

  • to help you cope with a crisis
  • maximising your health and well-being
  • managing a stressful lifestyle

We all will go through each of these situations at different times of our lives - and complementary therapies are of enormous benefit in helping us with each of them.
