The benefits of repeated sessions

You’ll find that with every session you come for, the benefits will multiply. Your body will learn to relax into a new way of being that is better for you. Like any change, it takes time to adjust to this new state – so each session will usually have a greater effect than the one before.

Repeated sessions also allow me to use different therapies, or to change the emphasis. It can often be a gradual process of improvement, so that you will notice the progress you make after each session.

Because the therapy is holistic, you are likely to find that your outlook improves, having a positive effect on your physical, emotional and energetic states, too.

But don't discount the power, efficacy and life-transforming effects of just a single session - many clients have been amazed at the difference that their first session has made.
