Continuing sessions

For most clients it’s best to start with a reasonably intensive set of sessions – usually once a week or fortnight. After that, the frequency can be decreased, depending on how you progress and what we are trying to achieve.

Sessions are always arranged to suit you – they can be as long as you want, and we’ll arrange a time that suits you. I work Saturdays and most evenings.

I offer session lengths of 30, 60 and 90 minutes.

You can book a number of sessions in advance – discounts are available for multiple bookings.
